Adding a new forecast

The Forecast section of the Origin app keeps track of all the forecasts you've made for the assets in your facility and allows you to create new ones as required.

How to add a new forecast

  1. Go to the Forecast section by clicking on Forecast from the left navigation panel.

     

     

  2. Click on the + New Forecast button in the top right corner to create a new forecast.

     

     

  3. You'll be directed to a page for the new forecast configurations.

     

     

  4. Choose the Fiscal Years by clicking on the Select Years drop-down and see a list of years to choose from.

     

     

  5. Choose the End of Life Determination. The two options are:

    1. Straightline

    2. Adjusted

     

     

  6. Click on Calculate to see the forecast results.
